Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Bootleg is back for the year end closer with a stellar lineup and a birthday celebration to follow as well. This year has been a strong one for house and techno and Bootleg has not been shy in bringing top talent both nationally and internationally to represent. Tonight will be no different.
To kick things off, expect a great set from duo Bed & Breakfast, consisting of Marcio Careca and João Paulo, who will be celebrating his birthday tonight. Also on deck is Niteroi-based duo Bruce Leroys, consisting of Marcelo Abreu and Diogo Vaille, who have had a great year with their release on OFF Recordings out of Germany. The headliners for the night are São Paulo-based duo, The Twelves, João Miguel & Luciano Oliveira, who blew up in the electronic music scene after remixing M.I.A.’s track “Boyz.” The team has since released many a talked about track including a full length album in 2011.
