Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Househeads beware, there is something brewing tonight. Phauna returns for the second edition of the Lapa based house party, where residents Chester Cave and Sean Diss team up yet again and bring together a killer lineup of local and out of town DJs. After a successful first round, the party sets up shop at a new venue in downtown Rio, Multifoco.
Multifoco is a venue created for artists and musicians to provide the necessary infrastructure for performing, recording, mixing, and mastering. But, aside from offering production services, the space is also available for events and performances. Therefore, the Phauna team will take the Multifoco stage with a great combination of music and visuals tonight, which promises to leave a lasting impression and steady following for future events.

Circo Voador is offering a great two for one show tonight with Los Sebosos Postizos and Mombojó under one roof. Los Sebosos Postizos will revisit the classic sounds of Jorge Bem, recreating some heavily influential sounds in Brazilian music today. O Mombojó has recently released the album, “Mombojó 11º Aniversario”, paying tribute to the musical heritage of the state of Pernambuco.
