Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Black Label Society will take over the Circo Voador stage tonight, as the American metal band makes Rio the first stop on their current Latin American tour in support of their most recent album, Catacombs Of The Black Vatican.
Black Label Society (BLS) was formed in 1998 by Zakk Wylde , a guitarist well known for his work with Ozzy Osbourne. BLS has seen numerous lineup changes over the years and tonight will feature Wylde on vocals and guitar, ex-Lizzy Borden guitarist Dario Lorina on second guitar, John DeServio on bass and Chad Szeliga on drums.
The band has released nine studio albums and Wylde is well known for his blistering guitar solos. For fans of metal and heavy rock in Rio, this is a show not to be missed.

Tonight at Lapa’s Circo Voador, American heavy metal band Black Label Society performs live as they make their first stop on their Latin American tour in Rio.
