32% of the space has already been reserved for the 7th Brazilian Defense Industry Exhibition

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – The Brazilian Defense and Security Industry Association (Abimde) has officially launched the 7th Mostra BID Brasil, held in Brasilia from December 6-8.

Abimde assured that 45 booths and eight sponsors had been booked so far, representing 32% of the exhibition space.

The launch was held during a breakfast at the Círculo Militar in São Paulo, with participants attending both in person and via video conference. Abimde presented the booth plan and the different alternatives for support packages and sponsorship fees during the event.

“We want to surpass the success of the last edition and allow national companies to show the world the Brazilian potential,” said Colonel Armando Lemos, technical and administrative director of Abimde.

“The trend is that the value of the square meters of booths increases as the event approaches. The earlier you book, the better,” Lemos said.

Success with international projection

In 2021, the 6th Mostra BID Brasil brought key defense and security industry players and a qualified audience, including foreign delegations, military attachés, and ambassadors. In the last edition, more than 3,000 people visited the booths.

The event was attended by more than 80 exhibitors and 38 institutional partners, including the federal government and the armed forces.
