The editorial of the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo published this Wednesday, 31, raises the tone with President Lula (PT) because of the reception of Venezuela's President, Nicolás Maduro, in Brazil.
According to Estadão, the PT leader "embarrasses Brazil" by nodding to the Chavista.
"After rolling out the red carpet for Nicolás Maduro, a world pariah for obvious reasons, the President declared that the Venezuelan tyrant is a legitimately elected ruler and that Venezuela, therefore, is an exemplary democracy," the newspaper noted.
