RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Eric Trump, son of U.S. President Donald Trump, denied, through his spokesperson, the rumor that he might take on the role of United States Ambassador to Brazil. The information is from the O Globo newspaper.
Eric Trump is the Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, an international corporation built by his father before he became president.
“Eric runs the Trump Organization and is committed to the business. Although Brazil is an incredible country, this is nothing more than a rumor,” said Kimberly Benza, Eric’s assistant in a message sent to the newspaper.
Before that, the information had been advanced by reporter Ricardo Senra, from BBC Brasil.
