RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – After a five-month interruption of its flights at the Brasília International Airport, TAP airline restarted its scheduled operations between Brazil and Portugal from the Brasília International Airport on Thursday, September 3rd.

The resumption will have landings planned in Brasília, on Mondays and Thursdays in the early morning and take-offs to Lisbon, on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the early evening and will be conducted under the new health protocols. The wearing of masks is mandatory– passengers may not board unless they are wearing the protective item.

According to Inframerica, which manages the terminal in the federal capital, with the reopening of the international area, the measures of Covid-19 prevention will intensify even further.

This is an important flight that connects our country’s capital to Portugal, a connection hub to several European cities,” said Roberto Luiz, head of air business at Inframerica.
