The company currently operates international flights to Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, in the USA, and to Lisbon and Porto in Portugal, as well as short-distance routes to South American cities such as Buenos Aires in Argentina, and Montevideo in Uruguay.

“We are developing regional aviation, serving Brazilian domestic flights and, by consolidating this operation, we are also able to expand our international business,” says John Rodgerson, president of Azul.

In New York, through a partnership with JetBlue, an American low-cost airline, passengers flying with Azul will have instant connections to cities such as Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, Austin, Seattle, San Diego, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Houston, and Long Beach.
