Saturday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Pickups provide the unmistakable sound of the cracks and pops of vinyl. Not to many DJs still playing this classic format. Expect to hear vinyl hits from indie rock, pop, new disco, and club music at Stereo Zero.

Diogo Nogueira (Lapa)
Singer and composer Diogo Nogueira presents his new show in Rio de Janeiro, on stage at Circo Voador. The samba player will play the hits which contributed to successes of his career. Last year, the Diogo Nogueira appeared on stage twice at Circo Voador and packed the house both nights.

Teatro Mágico (Lapa)
Jugglers, singers, poets, clowns and dancers. This varied cast is back at Fundicao Progresso for the show Teatro Mágico. Produced by Daniel Santiago, who has released his third album “The Society of the Spectacle”.

Nuth (Barra da Tijuca)
One of the few joints in Rio with a spacious venue, nice jungle theme, three floors and a pool table. There is also another location in Lagoa so be sure to check them both out.
