Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – It´s time for another edition of the super-house party at 00 KZA, brought to you by Pollyana Simones and Markinhos Meskita. One of the best and longest running parties in Rio, KZA has played host to numerous famous DJs in the house music world, this edition will feature two local favorites Marcio Careca and Bernardo Campos.

Thievery Corporation (Lapa)
Thievery Corporation is a Washington, D.C. based recording artist and DJ duo consisting of Rob Garza, Eric Hilton, and their supporting artists, Frank ‘Booty Lock’ Mitchell, Jeff Franca and Ashish Vyas. Their music style mixes elements of dub, acid jazz, reggae, Indian classical, Middle Eastern, and Brazilian (such as bossa nova) with a lounge aesthetic. Come experience a truly unique night of music at one Brazil’s best venues.

Veneno (Botafogo)
For seven years Veneno anticipates the start of your weekend the best possible way: lots of good music and beautiful people gathered at Casa da Matriz. The first track is the responsibility of the resident DJs Tulio and Newton, who have much to see in pop and rock trucks of all ages and slopes, and sound that always surprises may arise throughout the night depending on the weather and inspiration.
