The Argentine Foreign Minister, Santiago Cafiero, affirmed yesterday that the country aspires to strengthen the interests of the Global South, while participating as a guest at a meeting of foreign ministers of the BRICS countries taking place in Cape Town, the legislative capital of South Africa.
Cafiero, who participated virtually, affirmed in his speech that "global problems cannot be solved unilaterally", according to a press release from the Foreign Ministry.
"Nor can they be addressed with generic recipes that do not distinguish the particular realities that the countries of the South are going through", said the head of Argentine diplomacy. . .
