Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) meets this Tuesday afternoon (14) with the communist/Marxist dictator of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel.
The Brazilian leader is participating today in the 7th Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), in Argentina.
Yesterday, after a meeting with Argentine President Alberto Fernandez, Lula da Silva commented on the “importance” of CELAC in “regional integration”.
The PT leader also said he was proud of Cuba’s participation in the bloc.
Lula da Silva also asked for “affection” with Cuba and the end of the economic embargo against the island promoted by the US 60 years ago.
