List of most searched cities in the world for 2023 cites Brazil 3 times

In 2022, it’s clear that the flexibility afforded by remote and hybrid work has led to a revolution in the way people live and work, especially when it comes to travel. According to a new AirBnB survey, people will take advantage of this freedom even more and go to different places next year.

According to the platform’s survey, carried out between the first and third quarter of 2022 for check-ins next year, there are 10 destinations that are among the darlings for travel in 2023. First, is Malaga, in Andalusia, Spain; followed by Sydney, Australia. Melbourne, also in Australia, ranks third.

The list even includes Auckland, New Zealand. In the top 10 of AirBnB, there are also three Brazilian cities: Florianópolis, in Santa Catarina; Porto Seguro, in Bahia; and Salvador, also in Bahia.
