Brazil Fashion Capital: Goiânia presents consumer tourism potential at Festival Das Cataratas

This Thursday (1st), at 5 pm, the Sala Conecta 3 of the Festival das Cataratas will be the stage for the lecture “Goiânia – Capital of Fashion!”.

In addition to highlighting the region’s potential within the theme, the presentation will feature a small parade of pieces made in the destination.

It is worth mentioning that Goiânia (capital of the Sate of Goiás) is known as a major fashion producer in Brazil and for holding the second largest hub in the segment: the Rua 44 region, which has more than 15,000 points of sale.

The “44 Region” began to expand and consolidate around 2001, with the construction of the first shopping malls and galleries in the vicinity of the Hippie Fair. The place was already known for attracting fashion resellers from all over the country due to its easy access and attractive prices.

Held annually in Foz do Iguaçu (state of Paraná) by De Angeli Feiras & Eventos, the Festival das Cataratas has already established itself as one of the most important events in generating business and promoting attractions throughout Mercosur.
