Guinean Ministry of Foreign Affairs analyses new prospects for cooperation with Cuba

The head of Guinean diplomacy arrived on Tuesday in Havana, accompanied by the Minister of Health, Dionisio Cumba, to prepare for the official visit of the President of Guinea-Bissau, Umaro Sissoco Embaló, to Cuba, after participating in the celebrations of Brazil’s 200th anniversary.

After a meeting with her Cuban counterpart, Bruno Parrilla, Suzi Barbosa posted a message on the social network Facebook where she said the “occasion served to address new prospects for bilateral cooperation, including new sectors such as tourism and fisheries, as well as health and education.

In a message on Twitter, quoted in the Cuban News Agency, the Cuban Foreign Minister said that the “good level of political dialogue” between the two countries was discussed during the meeting and the “will to continue to develop economic, trade ties, and cooperation.”
