Flights between Brazil and the interior of Argentina resume

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – Continuing its development and evolution in Brazil, Aerolíneas Argentinas will start its seasonal flights between Ushuaia and São Paulo, with a stopover in Ezeiza (Buenos Aires), on July 11. The Argentine company will fly twice a week in 170-seat Boeing 737-800s.

Ushuaia joins Bariloche, Salta, and Tucumán in the list of destinations in the interior of Argentina that will have operations to and from São Paulo during the winter. Bariloche will have four services per week, while Salta and Tucumán will have three.

LATAM is the only company to offer flights between Brazil and Argentina (except Buenos Aires) in terms of scheduled routes. The Group’s Brazilian subsidiary operates with Airbus A320-200s, configured for 174 or 180 passengers.

Córdoba and Rosario, which had connections to Brazil before COVID-19, maintain their operations suspended. GOL is scheduled to return to both Argentine cities at the end of October.
