Brazil has 49 universities ranked among the 100 best in Latin America

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – That Brazil has excellent higher education institutions, all Brazilians already know; what few are aware of is that many of the country’s public universities are among the best in Latin America.

The ranking prepared by the Webometrics Ranking of World Universities portal lists the best institutions globally and in continental terms. In this respect, Brazil has 49 institutions listed.

Knowing which are the best institutions in the country can help you decide which institution you want to enroll at in a higher education course.
