RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – This Tuesday, Paraguayan company Better Body Hemp unveiled its Essential Hemp cosmetic line, becoming the first company in the country and Latin America to use the non-psychoactive properties of cannabis and combine them with current technology to create natural products high in protein, rich in vitamin E and omega 3, 6 and 9.

The company stated that while maintaining the highest quality and production standards, it is launching an utterly innovative line of beauty and personal care products using cannabis oil as a base for cosmetics.
They also point out that the manufacturers are inspired by ancient civilizations worldwide that knew how to use cannabis flora for medicinal and aesthetic purposes.
Better Body Hemp is a 100% national industry belonging to the Paraguayan Chamber of Industrial Hemp (CCIP), which is supported by the Latin American Industrial Hemp Association (Laiha).
This sector promotes this product’s production, processing, and industrialization, positioning Paraguay as a pioneer in developing this type of item with highly beneficial properties for health, body, and hair care. “We are also promoting the economy and opening the Paraguayan industry to new markets worldwide,” they added.
The raw material for these products carries the official “Hemp Guaraní” seal, which shows that the base is obtained in collaboration with the country’s family farmers who produce non-psychoactive industrial cannabis.

The products can be found in the main points of sale in the country. The range of cosmetics is as follows: Hair: shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, hair perfume, and hair treatment. Fragrance: Body lotion lady, body cream, body splash lady, body perfume, body splash man, aftershave cream, and moisturizer.
