RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – A terrorist attack against a military brigade in Cúcuta, in eastern Colombia, left 36 wounded, among them two civilians, informed Tuesday the Minister of Defense, Diego Molano, who said that the first hypothesis points to the attack being perpetrated by ELN guerrillas.

Molano went to Cúcuta, capital of the department of Norte de Santander, where he said that as a result of the attack with a van bomb at the headquarters of the Army’s Thirtieth Brigade, “36 people were injured so far, three of them presented some level of seriousness and one of them has already undergone surgery”.
