RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL – According to a BBC report, a man in Russia shot five people dead after warning them that they were making too much noise in the street.
After a first warning from his balcony, this man in isolation, who has already been arrested but whose identification is still to be disclosed, took out a shotgun and fired at the five individuals who he said were talking too loud.
The incident was recorded in Yelatma, a Russian village about 200 kilometers from Moscow.
The five individuals, four men and a woman, are believed to have died from their injuries while still at the scene.
