Peruvian President Martín Vizcarra declared a state of emergency in Peru on March 15th and imposed mandatory overnight curfew, more specifically between 8 PM and 5 AM.

Although they are only allowed to leave their homes to buy essential goods or to go to hospital, many Peruvians have ignored government orders.

In the capital Lima, for instance, there are plenty of reports of people openly refusing to comply with the mandatory social isolation, drinking in the streets or playing soccer.
