Réveillon The Rock Bar 2019 @ The Rock Bar (Jardim Botânico) – The Rock Bar are throwing their unique Réveillon (New Year’s Eve) party with an open bar and open buffet. This is the place to step into 2019 on the right foot and in the best rock’n’roll style.

Located in the heart of one of Rio de Janeiro’s most picturesque neighborhoods, this party promises twelve hours of celebration plus their very own special fireworks display. For music, there will be resident DJs to rock the dancefloor at the opening and intervals, plus the Black Monkees Band with the best and greatest hits from The Beatles’ back catalog – and the Band Purano, who will be playing their acclaimed tribute to Pearl Jam. And all this plus breakfast at 6AM.

Réveillon Casa Rio Me @ Casa de Cultura Laura Alvim (Ipanema) – The charming Casa de Cultura Laura Alvim will be transformed into Casa Rio Me in order to throw one of the best electronic New Year’s parties in Rio’s ‘Zona Sul’ (South Zone).

Located in one of the most privileged areas of the city, Av Vieira Souto, the public will receive a bracelet with free access to the beach, so that they can jump the waves in the sea or watch the famous fireworks on Copacabana beach. The music line-up includes many giants of the electronic music scene, including Flow & Zeo, DJ Nepal, and Felipe Fella, as well as the Belgian project LouLou Players.

The party will also include an open bar of sparkling wine, beer, vodka, energy drinks, gin, whiskey, juices and a tasty buffet of pastas, meats, salads and appetizers, as well as dessert and breakfast served from 4AM.

Réveillon do Bar Bukowski 2019 @ Círculo Militar da Praia Vermelha (Urca) – For the third year in a row, Bar Bukowski, Rio’s oldest house of rock, will host the city’s most rock’n’roll New Year’s Eve. In addition to resident DJs, there will also be a concert by Brazilian rocker Nando Reis plus support from the band Black Circle.

The party will have an open bar with the best drinks brands and a delicious buffet. Taking place in Urca, one of the most charming districts of Rio, this party is easily accessible and next to a beach that is among the most beautiful in the whole city. There will also be music courtesy of the resident DJs across two dancefloors, and many extras such as a barber shop, women’s area, massage parlour, plus a special, new kids’ zone.

Tickets start from R$570 and the night gets going at 9PM.

Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites.
