MUG com Samba Que Elas Querem! @ Espaço Bella Vista (Glória) – This Friday’s edition of MUG will see a live performance of Rio favorites Samba Que Elas Querem.
Their all-female samba roda will be followed by DJ sets from Dani Vieira and Marcelo Paes.
Espaço Bella Vista is a beautiful location, right on the waterfront of Glória.
The party starts at 11PM and tickets are between R$10-R$15.

RUA @ Fosfobox (Copacabana) – After 1 year of spreading music around the city, the RUA – Resistencia Urbana e Artistica (Urban and Artistic Resistance) movement joins forces with Fosfobox Bar and Club to deliver a night of fun, craziness and creativity.
If you are a DJ and want an opportunity, but do not know where, you can come down this Friday and show off your talent by playing with the RUA.
The Line up is as follows: Gabriel Gadelha, Pedro Passos, Tiago Chaloub, Victor Costa, Class G, Rodrigo S., Merhy & Noce, PILOT, and Marie.
Tickets are R$20 and the night should begin at 11PM.

André Severo Trio @ Bazá (Santa Teresa) – On this Friday, André Severo will be playing at Santa Teresa’s Bazá. Severo is a composer, musician, writer and actor, born and raised in the suburbs of Rio.
Influenced by both Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, plus MPB acts such as Djavan, Gilberto Gil, Milton Nascimento, Caetano Veloso, the André Severo Trio should provide an evening of relaxed entertainment in one of Rio’s most charming neighborhoods.
The music starts at around 7PM and the performance is free!

Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites. There is also a great selection of nibbles and cheese boards. For those that aren’t too keen on wine, there is plenty of beer and cocktail options too. Happy hour begins at 5PM and finishes at 8PM.
