World Premiere of Recordings of Miles Davis-Tom Jobim-Al Jarreau (Centro) – Robert Hebert of Legacy and Alchemy and the U.S. Consul General, Jimmy Story, present the world premieres of “Corcovado” featuring Miles Davis with Antonio Carlos Jobim and Ivan Lins.

Also performing tonight at the Teatro Rival in Rio are Alexandra Jackson; Larry Williams; Maia Arthur Teo Lima; Pretinho da Serrinha; André Siqueira; Marco Brito; Joao Castilho; Marcelo Martins Sax; and Jessé Sadoc.

With so many talented performers, the night is not to be missed!

Festa de Segunda (Lapa) – Come for a great evening of zouk, funk, and top Latin hits all in one venue.

The first floor will play Brazilian funk and reggaeton music, while zouk can be found on the second floor. Pub Kriok has three dance floors, and each will play a different genre of music.

Caipirinhas will start getting served at 11PM!

Winehouse (Botafogo)
Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites. There is also a great selection of nibbles and cheese boards. For those who aren’t a big fan of wine, there are plenty of beer and cocktail options too. Happy hour begins at 6PM and finishes at 8PM.

Pavão Azul is a lively bar in Copacabana, famous for its beers and prawn pastels. It gets crowded there every night, making every day of the week seem like the weekend.
