Rincon Sapiência and OQuadro (Centro) – Two of the greatest powers of Brazilian groove are performing live tonight here at the Circo Voador.
The Bahian band, OQuadro, will be launching its highly acclaimed album, “Nêgo Roque,” right here in Rio.
Rincon Sapiência combines his rap skills with African beats and electronic music.

Big Gilson & Clapton Tribute Band no Teatro Rival (Centro) – Eric Clapton, also known as “the god of guitar”, will be celebrating his 73rd birthday. In his honour, the Teatro Rival Petrobas will host the best of Rio’s blues music all under one roof.
Big Gilson and the Clapton Tribute Band are giving a spectacular blues performance. Fellow musicians include Charles Zanol (vocals), Pedro Leão (bass), Rubens Achilles (guitar), and Gil Eduardo (drummer and member of the original Blues Etílicos).

Winehouse is a wine bar run by a British expat that has brought an eclectic range of wines to Rio including a mix of fabulous national wines and international favorites.
