Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Those up for an alternative Pre-New Year’s party should check “Bloco do S”, event that will take place at the Fosfobox Club, in Copacabana. Created by DJ Rodrigo S, the “Bloco do S” party is mainly dedicated to rhythms like soul, funk, jazz, Brazilian music, disco, house and rock.
Spinning on Fosfobox’ floor will be DJ Marky, considered the “#1 DJ in Brazil” by the RMC Awards 2012, and the “Personality in Brazil” by RMC Awards 2013; DJs Antco, Rodrigo S and Fabio Heinz. Resident DJs Bruno Pedrosa and Beranger will also run the pick ups. Tickets vary from R$10 to R$50.
