Saturday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Kicking off the Olympic season early and celebrating he upcoming games with drinks, food, and music, The Rio Times will host an Olympic Pre-Games Party tonight at Blue Agave in Ipanema.
Egypt-via-UK DJ Slim will take to the decks during the night to spin the best of progressive, hits, and more.
Opened in 2009, The Blue Agave Ipanema Mexican bar and restaurant is well known as a great place for Mexican food, drinks. Just around the corner from Posto 9, the bar is also known for its mostly English-speaking staff and the mostly English-speaking crowd which frequents the establishment.
With its prime location in the heart of Ipanema, and open air front, it lends itself to large street parties with a friendly sense of community.
