Rock the Mountain 2015

Saturday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – The DoBem Rock the Mountain Music and Arts Festival returns to Itaipava today from 11AM to 2AM. Inspired by festivals like Coachella, it has top-notch international acts playing in a breathtaking setting.

The line-up includes Kid Ink, Miami Horror, Faul & Wad Ad, Nouvelle Vague, Le Youth, Dr Dru, Cone Crew and many more.

As well as three outdoor stages, there will be a bungee-jump, a manned balloon, food trucks, art installations and plenty of other attractions.

Caetano Veloso and Gilberto Gill (Lapa)
In a very rare reunion of two of Brazil’s most charismatic singers and songwriters, Caetano Veloso and Gilberto Gill will play at Circo Voador as part of their international tour.

Sertanejo na Lagoa (Lagoa)
The Miroir club in Lagoa hosts the weekly Sertanejo na Lagoa party with handsome duo Flávio & Ney performing live tonight with a special appearance from Jimmy Santos and music from Luciano Roffer during the intervals. Sparkling wine is free to ladies before 12:30 AM and beer offers run all night.
