Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Get ready for the very best of Latin rhythms as the weekly Latin Party returns to Guimo’s Pub in Copacabana tonight.
DJs Mateus, Jo, and special guests will spin the best of reggaeton, merengue, salsa, pop, house, and hits throughout the night until 4AM.
Make sure to get there earlier as promotions during the event include free Caipirinhas until 11PM and unlimited beer until midnight.

Tonight Quintavant Qtv will present Jeff Tobias and Orlando Scarpa Neto performing live at Audio Rebel in Botafogo. Jeff Tobias is a multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter who has worked with groups including We Versus the Shark, Pegasuses-XL, Nutritional Peace, Sunwatchers, and Mouser, among others. Tonight he will improvise live with cassette loops while playing the saxophone. Musician Orlando Scarpa Neto is known for his soundscapes created with found sounds and field recordings. Tonight he will perform his latest work, “Meditação em Mi” (Meditation in E).

Wednesday Night Live – Quiz Night Rio (Copacabana)
Tonight Rio Night Live presents Quiz Night Rio. It will be a special edition with Yelp.com collaborating with the event for the night. Since October 2014, Quiz Night Rio has been providing an authentic pub quiz experience in Rio. During each event, teams compete during four rounds of tens audiovisual question about both international and Brazilian themes. The quizzes are bilingual, making them great for language learners. In addition to bragging rights, the winning team gets a free round of drinks. It promises to be great but competitive night out with friends.

Tonight the Karaokê Indie party returns to Casa da Matriz with a special bubbles edition.There will be 100 meters of plastic bubbles to burst, bubble blowing kits, and gum to blow even more bubbles.
