Tuesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – On Tuesday nights, The Feel Leblon parties are quickly gaining popularity in Rio.
Held at Sette Leblon bar and lounge every week, the party features all you can drink caipirinhas until midnight and two for one beers all night long.
Uruguayan DJ and producer Guga Fernandez keeps the night going until 4AM as he and special guests DJs are known to deliver the best pop, house, reggaeton, hip-hop and more.

Stand-Up Comedy in English @Mab’s Restaurant and Bar (Copacabana)
The Stand-Up Comedy in English event returns to Mab’s in Copacabana tonight for its last show of the season in Rio. Very special guest, São Paulo comedian Catarina Matos will be the headliner for the night. Brazilian and expat professionals and amateurs are encouraged to attend. This will be the event’s second edition at Mab’s, an American-owned restaurant and bar on Copacabana Beach, known for great food, drinks and a spectacular view.

Matriz Live Sessions with Folks and Gedeom (Botafogo)
The weekly ‘Matriz Live Sessions,’ were originally one of the first musical programs held at Casa da Matriz, one of the oldest music venues in Rio. The sessions have returned now to help bring some rock’n’roll to a somewhat inactive weeknight. Tonight bands Folks and Gedeom will perform live.

It’s time again for the Portuguese/English language exchange. Set up like speed dating, native English speakers will be paired up with native Portuguese speaker at tables. The pairs will then speak English for 5 minutes followed by Portuguese for 5 minutes. After those ten minutes, each speaker will move on to a new table and conversation partner.
