Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Showcasing the best new designs in jewelry, clothing, accessories and home decor, the Feira na Rosenbaum arrives in Rio for its first edition. It will run from today, November 5th, through the 8th at Espaço Redentor in Ipanema.
Organized by Crisitiane Rosenbaum, the event has successfully taken place in São Paulo for two years and was hosted last month in the city of Belo Horizonte.
Curated by well known Brazilian designers Cristiane Rosenbaum and Marcelo Rosenbaum, the exhibtors will also include Zizi Carderalli, Sergio Matos, Mercatto Casa, Heloisa Galvão, Cynthia Gavião, Evelyn Tannus, Fetiche Design, Oferenda Objetos, and Paula Mourão, among others.

Today Galpão do Dirceu will present “RaSHa Rua” at 5PM at Oi Futuro Flamengo and Belgian choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker will present her work “Drumming” at 9PM at Cidade das Artes as part of the ongoing Panorama Festival 2014.

Curta Cinema 2014
The Curta Cinema 2014 festvial begins today and will run through November 12th. The festival features free screenings of over 250 films from 31 countries. The screenings will take place throughout the city in venues including Estação Botafogo, Centro Cultural Justiça Federal (CCJF), Cinemaison and Escola de Artes Visuais do Parque Lage. The films “Shadow,” “Fish,” “Al-Kora,” “A Delusion of Granduer,” and “The Lady That Wouldn’t Stop Drinking Passion Fruit” will screen tonight at Cine Estação Botafogo 1 beginning at 9PM.
