Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight heavy metal band Cavalera Conspiracy returns to Rio to play at Lapa’s Circo Voador.
Founded by Brazilian brothers Max and Igor Cavalera, co-founders of the hugely popular Brazilian band Sepultura, Cavalera Conspiracy has released two studio albums; 2008’s Inflikted and 2011’s Blunt Force Trauma.
Their third album entitled, Pandemonium, is currently in production and is anticipated for release in November of this year.
Brazilian heavy metal bands Krisiun and Confronto will also perfom tonight.

The fourth edition of the modern and contemporary art fair, ArtRio opens to the public today at 1PM.
