Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – It’s time for the best in deep and tech house in Copacabana tonight as Fosfobox hosts the September edition of the Bootleg party with very special guest Joyce Muniz.
A Brazilian DJ, currently based in Vienna, Muniz is rising in popularity around the world.
Another well known name in the house music scene, DJ Vivi Seixas will also take to the decks during the party. DJing since ’98, Seixas is the daughter of famed Brazilian rock singer-songwriter Raul Sexias and recently released a house remix collection of her father’s songs.
Resident DJs, Leo Janeiro and Bed & Breakfast will spin during the event to make it a true Bootleg party.
Also tonight the upstairs area of Fosfosbox, better known as the Fosfobar, will host the B-side party with Breaking Legs and Caio Busetti exploring the best of non-commercial tunes.

To celebrate Beyoncé’s thirty-third birthday, the party will offer free “rum” welcome drinks, martini shots and other unique gifts. On the first stage, DJs Lupin, Evehive and Cortez will spin Beyoncé’s pop and hits and On the Run will be screened.
