Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight it’s time for a special combined edition of the Paradiso and Nugrooes parties at Copacabana’s popular Fosfobox club.
For the fifth edition of Paradiso, the event is teaming up with Nugrooves to bring the best of rock, indie, deep house, pop, hip hop, r&b, soul, nu soul, disco, nu disco, jazz, nu jazz and dub to two stages.
DJs David Tabalipa, Edinho, Joca Vidal, Tito Figueiredo and special guest Saens Peña of the PHUNK! party will spin.

Criolina with Manie Gang (Centro)
It’s time to dance to the best of electro swing, swing, electro blues, jazz and more retrobeats as the Manie Gang takes over a stage tonight at Centro’s La Paz. The Maine Gang with DJs Andrei Yurievitch, Bruno Queiroz and Vinicius Tesfon are increasingly well known for their Manie Dansante parties thrown throughout the city. Meanwhile, on a separate stage at La Paz tonight, the Criolina party will present DJs Barata, Paulinho da Vitrola, Marcelinho da Lua and Brasa spinning the best sounds from around the world inculding selections from the genres of cumbia, fuleragen, and balkanização (from Europe), among others. Additionally, Artur Pessoa will provide special visuals for the party.
