Friday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Tonight the Hit Me party once again brings the best of hip hop, funk, electronic, rock and alternative rock hits to Copacabana’s popular club Fosfobox.
DJs Polly, Ivy and special guest, Julie, will play the best of pop, hip hop, electro-house and funk in Fosfobox’s basement while DJs Beto Artista, Pri Dau and Suzy Kill will spin the best of rock, indie rock and pagode above, at the Fosfobar.
Also during the party, it’s time for the drinking game “BATTLESHOTS”, which is similar to the classic game Battleship except with free shots of booze. Additionally, promotions for the night will include two caipirinhas for R$18 all night.

Samba is alive in Lapa tonight as the Bloco Do Sargento Pimenta performs ‘ArraYeah’ at Fundição Progresso to help celebrate the ongoing seasonal Festas Juninas. At 2:30 AM, the Bateria do Império Serrano will play and help the crowd to keep dancing through the night. Then at 3:30 AM, the group Pédaladeira will deliver the best forró pé de serra that can be heard anywhere in Rio tonight.
