Wednesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Twas the day of Christmas and all through the streets, a party was brewing at a kiosk on Leme Beach. With a handful of DJs and some funky tracks to assist, the Wobble crew was preparing for some holiday bliss. Its a Christmas celebration in true Rio fashion, with drinks, dancing people and beats thats are just smashin. With the presents already opened and the Christmas food consumed, there really is no other question of what to do. Resident Rodrigo S along with the Marginal Men, are the residents and producers of the funk yet again and today they have invited some very special guests, to throw down their beats and thoroughly impress. First up Nitcho from Interferência Sistema de Som, who plays reggae and dancehall all night long. Next up is carioca, mr. Pedro Piu, who rocks breaks, soul and r & B too. Finally is Mr. David Tamenpi from Só Pedrada Musical, who’s music knowledge is deep and respected completely overall. These are your minstrels for the holiday fest, there is no doubt, it will be better than the rest.
