Tuesday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – Throughout the month of November and the beginning of December, Studio RJ will be celebrating thirty years of Jazzmania, the original occupants of this now flourishing live music venue. Jazzmania has received the biggest names in Brazilian jazz music and mpb over the years as well as the new generation who have contributed their part to the history of the house.

The Jazzmania musical programming on Tuesdays at Studio RJ is still controlled by its founder, Luis Antonio Cunha, who curated the musician and producer Zé Nogueira. Since the opening of Studio RJ, in 2011, the spirit of Jazzmania returned with a diverse musical selection and the same goals to offer the public excellent exposure to high quality music. Live musicians will perform every Tuesday and Wednesday along with support from DJs Marcelinho da Lua and DJ Montano.
