Sunday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – It’s Oscar’s night and the Gringo Café is having a special Academy Award Party, where you can watch all the nominees and winners live and in English from 9PM onwards. Make sure to come early to see all of the pre-award red carpet action over some wine and conversation, and stay late as the categories get ticked off, over more wine of course.
This year’s Oscar night features nominees from movies such as Lincoln, Argo, Django unchained, Silver Linings Playbook, Life of Pi and Les Misérables. It will be hosted by comedian Seth McFarlane and promises to be another emotional night with your favorite actors and directors.
