Thursday’s Rio Nightlife Pick – D-Date continues their weekly Thursday night dominance with resident DJ Bernardo Campos and guests at the plush restaurant and club 00 in Gavea. This venue is one of Rio’s premier nighttime venues, featuring a stunning menu of food and drinks.

Thursdays offer a special party based menu, with a few select favorite dishes offered at great prices for party goers. This week local DJ/ producer Krishna Gomes, son of famed duo Baby Consuelo e Pepeu Gomes, celebrates his birthday in true rock-star fashion as he plays a special b-day set of house, tech house and more. He will be joined by Ritual’s own Andre Britto.

Dirty Projectors (Lapa)
The Dirty Projectors were born in 2003 as an experimental indie rock band. Throughout their career, the New Yorkers have already accumulated seven albums, among them, Bitte Orca (2009), which sold over 86 million copies and won praise from rapper Jay-Z.
