The Bank of Brazil closed R$ 2.9 billion (US$600 million) in business deals in the 28th edition of Agrishow, the largest agribusiness fair in Latin America.
The event occurred between May 1st and 5th in Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of the state of São Paulo, 315 kilometers from the state capital.
With the result, the Bank of Brazil achieved a new record at Agrishow, according to the Globo Rural magazine.
The amount represents almost double the initial expectation of the institution: R$1.5 billion.
