Opinion: the worst vices of Brazilian leadership and the challenges for leaders

(Opinion) Not everything is flowers in real life. This is also true for leadership processes.

Leaders are human beings and, as such, are subject to their imperfections.

The Brazilian sociocultural environment is full of cultural vices that work as real traps for leaders who want to use them opportunistically, enhancing the practice of attitudes and behaviors that are currently unacceptable because they generate negative impacts on their followers and society in general.
