Telegram founder Pavel Durov said the messenger plans to build a set of decentralized tools, including non-custodial wallets and decentralized exchanges, to securely trade and store crypto.
The new venture will seek to fix the current centralization of crypto entities, "which let down hundreds of thousands of cryptocurrency users."
