RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Kroton, Cogna Educação (COGN3) group's higher education company, will partner with operator TIM (TIMS3) to create a new company to offer Distance Learning courses via cell phone.
This new company will use the Ampli platform, created by Kroton last year through a R$240 (US$46) million investment and which has 15,000 students enrolled. The brand seeks TIM's 50 million client base to grow.
