Social isolation in São Paulo hits worst mark on a Sunday since early May

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - With an average of 46% on Sunday, June 27, São Paulo's social isolation index reached its worst mark on a Sunday in seven weeks, according to São Paulo government data. The last time this had occurred was on May 9, when the state was in a transition phase.

On the other hand, ICU (Intensive Care Unit) bed occupancy rate continues to drop. On Sunday, the state registered 76.4% bed occupancy, while last week it reached 79.9% and 82.3% the week before.
