São Paulo’s Most Expensive and Cheapest Neighborhoods for Rental Properties

SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL - The average price for renting a property in the city of São Paulo stood at R$2,000 in September. Compared to August, the prices increased 0.8 percent. In the year-to-date, the rise amounts to 4.2 percent. In 12 months, it reaches six percent. The data are part of a research conducted by Imovelweb.

Among the districts analyzed, Vila Cunha Bueno, with an average rental price of R$1,391 per month, and Parada Inglesa (R$2,033) recorded the highest price rise in the past 12 months, of 24.3 . . .
