Immigration to Portugal: Brazilians leave Lisbon for the interior in search of lower cost of living

Living in Lisbon was a plan that Aline Dorneles, 34, had to realign when she decided to move to Portugal.

"It was my dream to live in Lisbon, I always liked the city a lot. But when I sat down to do the math, I saw that it wasn't possible," she says. "I came to the interior for the lower cost of living and the quality of life."
