Airline pilots and flight attendants in Brazil end the strike

Airline pilots and flight attendants accepted this Sunday (Dec. 25) proposed wage adjustment made by the National Union of Airline Enterprises (SNEA) and ended the category strike.

The adjustment will be 6.97% (the annual inflation index of INPC plus 1% absolute gain).

The agreement also provides a fine for airlines that do not comply with the work schedules - another demand for the aeronauts.

There were 5.8 thousand votes in an online assembly, and 70% of pilots and flight attendants approved the companies' proposal.
