Paraguay September tourist arrivals up 26% over August

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - The official figures show that of the over 41,000 tourists who entered the South American country between January and September, 37.9% were Brazilian and 15.9% Argentine. In addition, 7.5% of visitors were Bolivian, 7.4% German, 6.4% North American and 5.5% Spanish.

The portfolio pointed out that the rising figures "coincide with the vaccination processes of the national and global population, as well as the gradual lifting of restrictions due to Covid-19," while highlighting the "joint efforts" between the public and private sectors for the reactivation of a sector . . .
