Brazil’s Alba Saúde and Pastore Medical Center announce merger

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL - Dot Saúde is the result of the merger between the two competitors in the city of Rio de Janeiro, which will now become Brazil's third largest health care chain.

"The popular clinics market has greatly grown in the past 10 years with the emergence of large regional players. In Rio, Pastore and Alba stood out in the sector, but curiously without overlapping," explains Alba Saúde's founding partner Paulo Granato.
