Casa Brasileira Museum will leave its historic headquarters, and its future is uncertain

The Faria Lima Avenue in São Paulo will lose an illustrious resident in the next few days.

In May, the 'Museu da Casa Brasileira' (MCB) will leave the Solar Fábio Prado, a building it has occupied since 1972, two years after its creation, as the Artistic and Historical Brazilian Furniture Museum.

When contacted, the only museum in the country dedicated to thinking about living from the point of view of architecture and design confirmed that it would close its activities there on April 30 and that it still doesn't have a new address for . . .
